We recently had the privilege of working with Chuck at APEX Design and Remodeling in Niceville, Florida. They reached out to us to conduct market research, update brand logo and colors, new website, marketing, SEO, and social media accounts.
The goal of the program was to increase their brand and market penetration resulting in improved lead generation. Project led into the creation of updated business systems, processes, ongoing organic social media and paid marketing campaigns.
How It Started:
After a successful career in the United States, Doug set out to grow and use his talents in new ways. He found his biggest challenges in the bustling markets of Southeast Asia and the corporate offices of China, he carved out a successful career as the VP of Sales and finally as COO of a global manufacturing company. With over 20 years of experience across a spectrum of industries and roles, Doug’s journey through the competitive landscapes of the USA, Southeast Asia, and China equipped him with invaluable business acumen and a deep understanding of diverse markets.
However, it was the unprecedented global shift caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 that marked a turning point for Doug. As the world slowed down, he saw an opportunity to speed up. Returning to his roots in Destin, Florida, Doug decided it was time to channel his extensive experience into a new venture—one that would not only reflect his passion for business but also his commitment to empowering others.
With the founding of Davis Works Consulting, Doug transitioned from corporate leadership to a beacon of consulting, focusing on nurturing growth and fostering success in others. His unique approach combines global insights with local understanding, aiming to elevate small businesses and entrepreneurs through personalized business development strategies.
